How I Charge

I offer flexible, transparent pricing based on the nature, complexity and scope of the work involved.

Most support is provided on an hourly, pay-as-you-go basis, allowing organisations and individuals to access senior-level HR and investigative expertise in a way that is proportionate to their needs.

Where appropriate, particularly for schools, charities and smaller organisations, I am mindful of budget constraints and will always ensure the approach is fair, proportionate and aligned to available resources.

Before any work begins, we will agree the scope and expected level of input, providing clarity and confidence from the outset. However, investigations in particular can be iterative and unpredictable, so any quote will reflect a general expected cost rather than a fixed fee.
