Trauma‑Informed Workplace Investigations
Independent Workplace (HR) Investigator for Fair, Practical and Defensible Outcomes.
Workplace investigations sit at the heart of organisational integrity and often at the heart of people’s most difficult experiences at work.
I provide independent, trauma-informed workplace investigations that combine robust HR practice, accredited investigative methodology, and a deep understanding of the human experience within conflict.
As a TCM-accredited investigator with extensive experience leading complex employee relations cases, I ensure every investigation is procedurally fair, legally sound, proportionate, and commercially grounded.
Alongside this, my psychotherapy training enables me to approach each case with sensitivity and insight into how stress, conflict, and trauma can influence communication, perception, and recall.

Why work with me?
My approach is grounded in four principles:
People-centred – creating a respectful, structured process where individuals feel heard, supported, and able to participate fully.
Trauma‑informed practice – recognising the emotional impact of workplace conflict and adapting the process to support psychological safety without compromising fairness.
Rigorous, defensible investigation – applying clear methodology, evidence‑based analysis, and procedurally fair practice to reach balanced and well-supported findings.
Commercially Grounded - balancing fairness with practicality and ensuring investigations are proportionate, focused and mindful of time, cost and organisational impact.
This blend of HR expertise, investigative practice and psychological insight allows me to hold both the procedural and the human aspects of workplace conflict personal.
Whether the case is straightforward or highly sensitive, I bring clarity, structure and calm professionalism to every stage of the process.
