I offer a trauma‑informed investigation service that brings together extensive HR case management experience, accredited investigative practice, and a deep commitment to the human beings behind every process.
As a TCM‑accredited investigator with many years of experience leading complex employee relations cases, I ensure that every investigation is legally compliant, procedurally robust, and fair. Alongside this, my training as a psychotherapist enables me to approach each case with sensitivity, attunement, and an understanding of how stress, conflict, and trauma can shape how people present and participate.
