Independent Workplace (HR) Investigations, Complex ER Support & Leadership Coaching
I help organisations solve complex workplace people problems fairly, calmly and commercially with a trauma-informed approach.
When workplace situations become sensitive, high risk or unclear, you need more than generic HR support; you need structured thinking, second judgement and an experienced problem solver.
I work with organisations to resolve difficult people issues through independent HR investigations, case management support and leadership coaching for managers handling challenging conversations.
